Family celebrations wall plaque is a fantastic way to visualise all of the birthdays or anniversary’s in one’s family. Great gift for anyone to be able to see at a glance who’s birthday or special occasion is coming up, no need to be ever late or forget an occasion again. Wood is engraved with your surname, so it will read “Clarke’s Celebrations”. Different shapes can be for different family members or for different occasions. Each months occasion will hang underneath each other with the persons name and date. Plaque is supplied with 10 tags, each additional tag is $2.00 and shapes available are circle, square, hexagon and heart and are approx 2cm each. You will need to contact us and we can email you a spread sheet for you to fill out with  all your names and dates for us to be able to personalise this plaque for you.
